This individual dessert revisits the great classic of the macaron by adding a runny heart. This delicate assembly includes two round cocoa shells enclosing a melting praline center, for a taste experience playing on contrasts of textures and flavors. By reheating the macaron in the microwave while still frozen at 800W for 30 seconds, you allow the flowing praline center to melt slightly while preserving the texture of the cocoa shells. Preservative-free and naturally gluten-free.
