The Algaé Gastronomie brand has 3 areas of operations: an edible seaweed preparation facility in Concarneau and two workshops dedicated to pasta and “creative cuisine” (better known as molecular gastronomy) in Rosporden, in the south Finistère region. Overseeing this broad spectrum of culinary innovation, Christine Le Tennier helps us discover the aromatic richness, variety and amazing versatility of these marine vegetables.
