For 30 years, the Borvo family business has been the gastronomic reference in salmon smoking, founded by a chef awarded with a Michelin star. Salmon (Salmor salar) from Norway, Scotland or Ireland are carefully selected. Salting enriched with six spices must be subtle to preserve all its delicacy to the fish. Similarly, cold smoking with beech sawdust enriches the fish with discreet notes. Refined and then sliced by hand, Borvo smoked salmon are always a guarantee of quality.
