This truffle tarama offers a rich, smoky and salty flavour, enhanced by the intense, earthy aroma of truffles. It is a creamy preparation made from smoked and salted cod roe (27%), enhanced with summer truffles (Tuber Aestivum Vitt.) accounting for 2.94% of the net weight (truffle pieces and juice), as well as black truffle flavouring. Selected by Le Delas, this fresh tarama is made in France with cod roe from Iceland.

► Use: Ideal as a starter or appetiser, served on blinis, toasted bread or with crunchy vegetables.
