This truffle tarama offers a rich, smoky and salty flavour, enhanced by the intense, earthy aroma of truffles. It is a creamy preparation made from smoked and salted cod roe (27%), enhanced with summer truffles (Tuber Aestivum Vitt.) accounting for 2.94% of the net weight (truffle pieces and juice), as well as black truffle flavouring. Selected by Le Delas, this fresh tarama is made in France with cod roe from Iceland. Culinary uses and storage: ► Use: Ideal as a starter or appetiser, served on blinis, toasted bread or with crunchy vegetables. ► Do not freeze. ► Consume quickly after opening. ► Storage: Fresh product.
