028133
The most accessible of fish eggs, salmon eggs are characterized by a bright translucent orange color, a beautiful size, and by their round shape that rolls on the tongue before bursting and releasing its fresh, iodized and delicate taste.
These Caspian Tradition salmon eggs, caught in Alaska, are eaten on toast, blinis or sushi, salads or appetizers, paired with smoked salmon, for example, on eggs, or as a garnish for plates from the sea.
Alaska is one of the most abundant natural sources of wild fish in the world, and the notion of sustainable fishing is enshrined in its constitution!
A wild and isolated land, one-third of Alaska's surface is located beyond the Arctic Circle. Wild fish live their natural life cycle in cold waters and feed on a natural marine diet. The quality of their flesh echoed it. Fishing areas are located away from any other area of human activity, and processing units are never far away. Alaskan fisheries are managed to protect against overfishing, habitat degradation and pollution, including limiting the number of fishers to quota compliance. No breeding is also a deep rule.
From May to October, salmon leave the Pacific Ocean to reach their native river when they are healthy and vigorous. It is caught by line, purse seine (circled on the surface of the water with a fishing net), gillnet ... As for the pollock of Alaska, it is fished from the end of January to the beginning of April then from June to October in the pelagic trawl, funnel-shaped net, without contact with the bottom and suitable for deep-sea fishing, usually by small fishing boats.
