Made from carefully selected scallops (19%), combined with Alaska pollock, crème fraîche and vegetables, it has a delicate texture and refined taste, enhanced by a hint of white wine and aromatic herbs. Pasteurised and packaged in trays, this speciality combines traditional craftsmanship and controlled quality.
