Made from carefully selected scallops (19%), combined with Alaska pollock, crème fraîche and vegetables, it has a delicate texture and refined taste, enhanced by a hint of white wine and aromatic herbs. Pasteurised and packaged in trays, this speciality combines traditional craftsmanship and controlled quality. Culinary uses: Ideal as a gourmet starter or on a refined buffet, this terrine is best enjoyed chilled, accompanied by a crisp salad, toast or grilled country bread.
