A festive assortment of four savoury bites with characterful cheeses, ready to serve after simply reheating. Ideal for cocktails, buffets, catering platters or refined aperitifs, this mix combines traditional know-how with carefully selected cheeses: Emmental, Chèvre, Bleu and Reblochon. Each defrosted bite retains its melt-in-the-mouth texture and good cooking properties.
4 varieties:
► Emmental gougères: light choux pastry filled with melted Emmental cheese.
► Mini cakes with goat's cheese, semi-dried tomato and basil: moist and fragrant.
► Special breads with blue cheese sauce: tasty bite with soft bread, seeds and blue cheese cream.
► Reblochon puff pastries: crispy golden pastry and creamy melted Reblochon cheese filling.
Culinary uses : Reheat directly without defrosting first. Perfect as an appetiser or as part of a cocktail party. Serve with salad, dried fruit or condiments.
Recommended reheating method:
► Conventional oven: Preheat to 180 °C. Reheat for 6 to 8 min at half-height.
► Microwave: use not recommended.
