The mini-pizza, selected by Le Delas, is a delicate and indulgent creation. Specially designed to meet the needs of caterers, event organisers and catering professionals, this savoury bite focuses on the quality of its production. It consists of a light, crispy pastry base, rich in concentrated butter (24.2%), eggs and wheat flour. Its generous and colourful topping harmoniously combines a flavourful tomato purée, onions, mild chilli, an aromatic touch of oregano and white pepper, all topped with pitted black olives. Manufactured in France in strict compliance with European health regulations (approval FR 37-281-031 EC), this product guarantees the complete absence of GMO or irradiated ingredients. Its crisp texture and attractive colour make it an essential addition to enhance your buffets and cocktail offerings.
Professional use, preparation and storage:
► Culinary applications and service: These mini-pizzas are best enjoyed warm. They are perfect as appetisers during pre-dinner drinks, as part of a cocktail reception, or as a component of a hot starter selected by Le Delas.
► Food safety and rigorous traceability: Production strictly adheres to HACCP principles and the Guide to Good Hygiene Practices (GBPH), including rigorous microbiological checks in accordance with FCD criteria and EC Regulation No. 2073/2005. Full traceability is ensured from start to finish, from raw materials through to final delivery to customers.
► Freshness guarantee and technical packaging: The product is packaged in a modified atmosphere in packaging certified as suitable for direct contact with foodstuffs and subject to the CITEO eco-contribution for recycling. This technical process ensures a technical use-by date of 22 days, with a guaranteed minimum use-by date of 15 days on delivery.
► Storage and handling: To preserve the organoleptic and technological qualities of the paste, the UVCs must be stored in a positive-temperature refrigerated environment between 0°C and +4°C. Once the packaging has been opened, the product must be kept chilled and consumed promptly. Please note: although pitted, the black olives may occasionally contain pieces of stone.
