A true reinterpretation of the traditional pizza, this exceptional product stands out for its meticulous artisanal production, with the pastry rolled out and the topping prepared entirely by hand. Set upon a crisp, pure-butter shortcrust pastry base, it features a generous helping of cooked tomato sauce, a rosette of fresh tomatoes, premium cooked ham, beechwood-smoked bacon lardons, and a melt-in-the-mouth combination of mozzarella and Emmental. Enhanced with black olives, oregano and herbes de Provence, this 2.2 kg quiche offers a typically Mediterranean flavour profile and looks stunning in the display case. Guaranteed to comply strictly with safety criteria (FCD, GMO-free, non-irradiated), it has a Nutriscore C rating. Professional use, preparation and storage: ► Serving and presentation: Ideal for structuring hot starter or main course offerings in brasseries, as well as for catering buffets. Simply serve this tart with a green salad or raw vegetables for a balanced summer menu. ► Optimal cutting: For a neat, geometric presentation, it is strongly recommended to slice the product into individual portions whilst cold before reheating, using a serrated knife (such as a pastry knife). ► Preparation: First remove the entire plastic bag and the cardboard backing. Preheat a conventional oven to 160°C and bake the portions for 20 minutes to restore the crispiness of the pure butter pastry. Do not use a microwave oven to preserve the texture. ► Technical specifications: Supplied individually (2.2 kg unit weight in a thermoformed tray under modified atmosphere packaging), with generous dimensions of 280 x 280 x 30 mm, facilitating consistent portioning according to service requirements. ► Storage: Fresh product to be stored strictly in a refrigerated environment between 0°C and +4°C (CE mark FR 67-218-003). It has a use-by date of 18 days from manufacture (with a guaranteed 14-day shelf life upon delivery by Le Delas). Once the original packaging has been opened, consume within 2 days.
