This summer truffle hummus is a creamy, flavoured professional preparation, packaged in a 450g resealable jar. This recipe is made from cooked chickpeas (74%), rapeseed oil, sunflower seeds and 1.3% summer truffle (Tuber Aestivum Vitt.), complemented by truffle juice and flavouring.
The hummus has a spreadable texture ranging from light to dark cream, with hints of truffle. It has a fresh, natural aroma and a distinctive, aromatic flavour. This product is made in France and is certified gluten-free and preservative-free.
