Professional use: ► Areas of application: Ideal for the daily disinfection of work surfaces, chopping blocks, slicers, as well as surfaces frequently touched by hands such as cold room handles, scales and reception counters. ► Technical properties: Its Ultra Bac formula ensures the elimination of microorganisms on a wide variety of materials (stainless steel, enamel, laminate, glass) without leaving any residue after drying, helping to maintain the shine of equipment. ► Application: Spray directly onto the previously cleaned surface or onto a single-use wipe. Leave to act for the contact time recommended by the current hygiene protocol, then wipe clean. Rinsing with potable water is mandatory for surfaces intended to come into direct contact with food. ► Storage: Store upright in the original bottle, in a dry place and away from heat sources.
