Thanks to its exceptional wetting and degreasing properties, it quickly removes grease and food residues whilst preserving the shine of your utensils and work surfaces. Delas has selected this 5 L jerrycan for its versatility and compliance with legislation regarding the cleaning of materials intended for food contact. Its fluid texture and fresh lemon scent offer optimal comfort of use for dishwashing staff. Professional uses, application and storage: This detergent is suitable for all types of materials (stainless steel, glass, porcelain, plastic) without damaging them: ► Dishwashing: Its active formula dissolves baked-on grease and protein deposits on plates, cutlery and glasses. ► Equipment maintenance: Ideal for manually degreasing cookware, GN containers and small laboratory equipment. ► Application: Use diluted in hot or warm water. A dosage of up to 3% is recommended depending on the degree of soiling (i.e. approximately 150 ml for a 50-litre dishwashing tub). After washing, rinsing with clean water is essential to remove all residue. ► Safety: Product for professional use only.
