This degreaser can be used undiluted or diluted, manually or with mechanical equipment (centralised systems, high-pressure units):
► Deep fryers: Dilute to between 5% and 10% in water after draining. Heat to 70°C, leave to act for 15 to 30 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with drinking water.
► Hoods and grilles: Soak (15 mins) in a solution diluted to between 5 and 10%. On aluminium, reduce contact time to 2 minutes before rinsing with potable water.
► Floors and surfaces: Dilute to 5% in lukewarm water (approx. 0.5 L per 10 L of water). Scrub and rinse thoroughly with drinking water.
► Safety and handling: Corrosive product containing sodium hydroxide. Gloves and safety goggles must be worn. Never mix with acidic products.
► Storage: Store in the original packaging, away from frost. Close the container tightly after each use to maintain the formula's effectiveness.
