Several varieties of wild strawberries are mixed to make this cream of wild strawberries with a taste that is both powerful and subtle. The traditional maceration process respected for the production of this wild strawberry cream perfectly restores the flavor and color of these delicate fruits. Generally used to make kirs, wild strawberry cream can be used in cocktails or served alone as an aperitif or digestive, very chilled.

The history of the Briottet family company begins in1836. Backed by this long tradition, 6 generations have perpetuated the know-how of the Dijon liquor masters. The company is still independent, located in the heart of Dijon in its historic premises. The famous "blanc-cassis" aperitif contributed to the success of the company at the end of the 19th century, thanks to its Crème de Cassis de Dijon (PGI since 2013). The range has since been enriched with 60 high-end fruit creams and liqueurs produced in the heart of Burgundy.
