The nectar of Mirabelle de Lorraine is a pulpy, very refreshing, fluid nectar, with the aromas of a Mirabelle tart hot out of the oven.
The fruit revealed in demanding recipes combining authenticity, naturalness and quality, in juices, coulis, confits and famous speciality vinegars.
Nectars de Bourgugne was founded in 2004 near Beaune, in the heart of orchards and vineyards, to produce blackcurrants, the jewel of the local terroir. Its production, originally fruit juices and nectars, has expanded to include jams, purées, coulis, vinegars and syrups. The company produces or selects its own fruit, and enhances it by preserving its taste, colour and aroma.
