This pure organic apple juice is an unfiltered cloudy juice, 100% pure juice, with no added sugar, colouring or preservatives. Made from category II apples from sustainable agriculture and certified according to the Integrated Fruit Production standard, this pasteurised juice is packaged in a 5L BIB with a hermetically sealed pouch, ideal for consumption in bars or restaurants.

The juice is heated up to 80°C then goes down in temperature more slowly, unlike the flash pasteurization that kills the aromas.
