Born from the family butcher's shop located in a small village in Sarthe, the Bahier company has evolved over the past 80 years by reconciling tradition and modernity. Carefully selected raw materials, traditional recipes worked with respect for the human hand. Bahier has developed machines that allow it to respect its raw materials. A good cooking method combined with the freshness of the materials make a good product. Black puddings, for example, are made from blood received the same day or the day before. The meat is received and processed the day after or two days after slaughter.
