Packaged in a modified atmosphere with its accompanying description leaflet, this box weighing approximately 985 g is ideal for serving 8 to 10 guests.
Contents of the platter: Curé nantais Muscadet, P'tit Pavé du Gois, mountain goat's milk Tomme, Meule de Savoie, Tomme des Alpes and Beillevaire semi-salted churned butter (2 x 20g).

► Gastronomic applications: This all-in-one box offers a high-end, ready-to-use solution for quickly putting together a cheese platter for restaurants, banquets, hotel buffets, catering events or seminar offerings. The variety of milks (cow's and goat's) and textures allows you to offer a complete tasting experience, enhanced by the sweet-and-savoury pairing of thyme honey and the creaminess of the artisanal butters.
► Preparation: Remove the platter from the fridge approximately 30 to 45 minutes before serving and remove the protective film to allow the cheeses to come to room temperature and release their full range of flavours.
► Storage: A fresh product packaged in a modified atmosphere, available all year round. Store in the fridge at a maximum temperature of +6°C. Discover this cheese creation in our ‘Crémerie' section at Le Delas in the Rungis International Market.
Butters, dairy desserts, rice pudding, semolina pudding, panna cotta and small pots of cream, homemade with the authentic taste of good raw Vendée milk!
From his family heritage, a dairy farm in the heart of the Breton-Vendée marshes, Pascal Beillevaire has managed to reconcile two passions: trade and agriculture. Since its creation more than 40 years ago, Maison Beillevaire has brought together the entire dairy industry and its trade. Their manufacturing methods are inherited from artisanal know-how and respectful of taste and quality. These authentic desserts, small pots of cream and farm yoghurts are produced from raw milk collected hot morning and evening from farms located near the workshop, in order to guarantee production without any heat treatment. The butter is made in barrate and molded manually. After adding subtly selected and dosed ingredients, the desserts and small pots of cream are baked in the traditional oven, then cooled slowly, in order to preserve their creamy and melting texture. Their individual packaging makes them an ideal product for resale and room service.
