Cocotine egg whites, whipped up, sweetened and cooked on a bed of caramel, provide the perfect frothy texture for your desserts. Packaged in trays that hold 10-12 portions, they're easy to use and save time. They can be kept for up to 24 days in their original packaging and should be eaten within 48 hours of opening.
