This is a young Cheddar, offering a mild taste and a characteristic red colour (due to a natural colouring agent, annatto). This ready-to-use product is made in the Netherlands (with milk from the United Kingdom/Ireland). It is packaged in a protective atmosphere in strands of approximately 0.4 cm. This bag format and preparation (grated) are ideal for quick and hygienic professional use.
