Selected by Le Delas for its convenience and supple texture, this cheese offers a characteristic mild flavour and excellent melting qualities. Each tray allows for quick service and perfect control of portion sizes, meeting the efficiency needs of catering and food service professionals. Professional uses, preparation and storage: ► Snacks and sandwiches: Thanks to their elongated 15x5 cm format, these slices are ready to use for assembling baguettes, club sandwiches or paninis, ensuring even coverage of the bread. ► Burgers and bagels: The consistent thickness of 12.5 g per slice ensures even melting when heated, ideal for binding the ingredients in your gourmet burger or bagel recipes. ► Meal trays and buffets: This ready-to-serve product is perfect for creating cheese platters in catering settings or for garnishing mixed salads with a neat and professional presentation. ► Preparation: To make it easier to separate the slices without breaking them, it is advisable to remove the tray from the fridge a few minutes before use.
