During a trip to the Appennines, Antoine Boucomont, CEO of Le Delas, entered into an agreement to import products "Amerigo 1934", a venerable company in Savigno. Traditional products from Emilia Romagna, served for 70 years in the eponymous restaurant, rated 1 star in the Michelin Guide. Alberto, his boss and chef, launched a few years ago their collection of grocery products (pasta, stews, sauces, condiments, liqueurs and jams) which grows every season by recreating dishes and recipes threatened with extinction, based on the best seasonal ingredients in the region.
