PREMIUM BOUILLON INFUSION BAGS These 100% natural stocks are produced using traditional extraction techniques, followed by a slow and carefully-monitored drying process. Rich in high-quality base ingredients, they contain no added salt, flavour enhancers, colourings or preservatives, and offer the benefit of consistent product quality. They may be used as stocks, in cooking liquids, sauces, consommés, soups, aspics and risotto broths. Allow the bag to infuse for at least 12 minutes in simmering water removed from the heat; the result will be a clear bouillon with a pure, intense flavour. Two pack formats are available, one for restaurant use (5x2L), and one for consumer retail (5x33cl).
