Pariani is a young family company whose baseline is "Research and Excellence". It offers products and baking ingredients for the most demanding professionals and the most creative recipes. It begins in 2010 with the production of an exclusively IGP Piemont hazelnut oil, by a innovative cold pressing process designed with the faculty of agriculture of Turin. Its immediate success with professionals allows the creation of a full range of exclusively italian nuts oils, chosen from reputable producers: green pistachio of Bronte PDO, sprockets the coast of Pisa, almonds "Romana" of the Val di Noto, Venice "Lara" walnut... After nuts oils and de-oiled powders, Pariani range expands to semi-finished products for the manufacture of ice cream: pasta, flours, seeds, candied fruits, essences... Based in Givoletto, near Turin, it has production and storage units in Cortemilia and Bronte, designed for the most delicate products.
