SO CHiPS is a French family business with the Artisan Quality label, created in 2018 by Julie and Stéphane. Stéphane, an expert potato farmer for over 25 years, grows the varieties destined to become SO CHiPS on the family farm in Picardy, the historic cradle of the potato. He rigorously selects the varieties for their taste and cooking qualities. Julie, for her part, has developed tailor-made, natural recipes, with no artificial additives or flavour enhancers, and a list of ingredients kept to a minimum. The local potatoes, cut into generous slices with their skins on, are cooked slowly in a pot, giving them a unique crunch and an authentic texture, for crisps that are sincere, ethical and transparent.See all products in this range
