100% natural and without any coloring, these original blue crisps are made from Vitelotte potatoes. This old variety, sometimes forgotten, is characterized by its dark purple flesh and its taste close to chestnut. When cooked, Vitelotte's color remains intact and its taste intensifies. Additionally, the flesh of the Vitelotte creates very crunchy chips.
Allauch's crisps are made from potatoes rigorously selected for their shape, size and color. According to a traditional recipe, Allauch's crisps are cooked in a cauldron with peanut oil, they are then drained before being lightly salted with Camargue salt.
