Favorites Gianduja is an accomplished product with a powerful and balanced taste of chocolate and hazelnuts (22% cocoa and 31% hazelnuts).
Widely used in pastry, it allows - used as it is - the creation of sweets or tablets inside. But it can also be used – melted and heated to 40-45°C then cooled on the table – for ganaches, mousses, sauces, creams or all types of pastries.
