Culinary uses - Crouski's® can be eaten garnished as you wish:
► Warm version (traditional recipe): a snail at the bottom, Burgundian-style stuffing. Bake for 6 minutes at 180°C ► Other savoury applications: fromage frais & herbs, liver mousse, vegetable tartar, prawns in cocktail sauce... ► Sweet versions: crème pâtissière & fruit, chocolate ganache, lemon mousse, salted butter caramel... Ideal for aperitifs, cocktails, buffets, receptions, or as a surprise dessert.
