Corno di Toro pepper mix ⚖

510305

The Corno di Toro green pepper is distinguished by its elongated, ribbed shape, reminiscent of a bull's horn, hence its name. Its flavour is mild and deliciously sweet, making it a popular choice for those who prefer less pungent peppers. Its flesh is both juicy and crunchy, making it ideal for a variety of dishes. Versatile in the kitchen, it can be eaten raw, where its sweetness adds a touch of freshness to salads, or stuffed with a tasty garnish, grilled to develop its flavours or roasted for an even more melt-in-the-mouth texture. Its elongated shape lends itself perfectly to cutting into strips or slices.

Fruits and vegetables of a different garden.

Family property for 150 years, Garden of Toury is located between the Loire and Allier. Extension of the family garden, it offers varieties of fruits and vegetables selected for their flavor. Not intensively cultivated, without chemicals, they are picked ripe and available directly, guaranteeing an ultra-freshness. Because the taste of our vegetables is the first of their qualities, Garden of Toury is an unlike garden.
