This baby potato is characterised by its very thin, pale skin and its firm, golden, naturally sweet flesh. Harvested young in France, it holds its shape perfectly when cooked and makes an excellent accompaniment to enhance the menus of restaurants and caterers. Ideal for roasting whole in the oven with herbs, pan-frying in butter or steaming. Its ultra-thin skin means there's no need to peel it. A quick wash is all that's needed, guaranteeing a 100 per cent yield with no waste in the kitchen.
