Culinary uses: These fresh chips are a must-have that can be adapted to many dishes, from the simplest to the most elaborate. ► Classic accompaniment: They are perfect with grilled red meat (entrecôte, sirloin steak), burgers or fish and chips. ► Seasoned chips: Once fried, they can be seasoned with spices (paprika, cumin, Espelette pepper), herbs (rosemary, thyme) or truffle for a gourmet touch. Storage and preparation tips: This product should be stored in a cool place, ideally between 0°C and +4°C. It is ready to fry and requires no additional preparation.
