This convenient 10 kg bag is ideal for catering professionals and institutions, as it minimises preparation time while guaranteeing a delicious side dish that is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. These fresh chips have been selected by Le Delas, your wholesaler in Rungis, for their perfect flavour and texture, as well as their optimal yield. Culinary uses: These fresh chips are a must-have that can be adapted to many dishes, from the simplest to the most elaborate. ► Classic accompaniment: They are perfect with grilled red meat (entrecôte, sirloin steak), burgers or fish and chips. ► Seasoned chips: Once fried, they can be seasoned with spices (paprika, cumin, Espelette pepper), herbs (rosemary, thyme) or truffle for a gourmet touch.
