This whole frozen cep mushroom, measuring 3 to 5 cm, is a wild mushroom native to Europe, Russia and Turkey, guaranteed to be 100% cep (Boletus edulis, pinicola, aereus and aestivalis). Its firm flesh and distinctive flavour make it ideal for all kinds of dishes: stir-fries, risottos, sauces, pan-fried dishes and soups. Each mushroom is carefully sorted and checked to ensure that it is free from foreign bodies and complies with food safety standards. Preparation instructions: The product should be cooked before consumption: simply immerse the frozen cep mushrooms in boiling water for 15 minutes after the water returns to the boil, then drain and cook as you would fresh mushrooms.
