Frozen mushrooms, morels, porcini mushrooms, chanterelles, mixes...
Delicious with veal or with shellfish.
This mixture is composed of mousserons, girolles, cepes, black mushrooms and button mushrooms. Plunge into a pan of boiling water and leave to cook for 15 minutes, then drain and cook as fresh.
Used in all preparations with or based on porcini mushrooms, these beautiful mushroom pieces have the advantage of being pre-washed and pre-cut, saving you precious time in the kitchen. In just a few minutes, in a frying pan and without fat, they thaw perfectly and can be used in many dishes such as risottos, parsley sauces, vegetable stir-fries, stuffings, accompaniments to red meat, poultry or game...
Frozen whole, these porcini mushrooms come in different sizes: caps from 2 to 6 cm in diameter. Once rinsed, they can be accommodated like fresh mushrooms. If they must remain whole, they will be thawed in a frying pan without fat first, otherwise they will be sliced before complete thawing.
Very typical, morels are particularly appreciated in omelets, with cream, in sauce or as an accompaniment to poultry. To guarantee them an optimal and constant quality throughout the year, these selected morels are frozen fresh and raw and can be kept for several months in the freezer. Depending on their needs, restaurateurs only need to rinse, mince and fry them, without defrosting them first.
These premium frozen (IQF) sliced mushrooms are of the Agaricus bispora variety. Cut into 6-8 mm thick slices, they are packaged in 2.5 kg professional bags. The product is 100% mushrooms with no additives. They originate from the European Union (EU) and are produced in Belgium. The caps are selected to be less than 80 mm in diameter.
