Transformed in Normandy in the heart of the Pays d'Auge, the Escargots du Pré d'Auge (Helix Aspersa Maxima) come from French helicopters in western France (50% Normandy, 25% Pays de Loire and 25% Charente Maritime). The most tender variety, these gray snails, of high quality constant taste, nourished and raised in the open air, are an exceptional product since 97% of the French consumption is derived from the importation.
