This carpaccio of French Charolais beef, 100% muscle, tasty and low in cover fat, couldn't be easier to use. Already presented in rosettes of 7 thin and tender slices, separated by easy-to-remove sheets, it is ready to place on the plate after defrosting for 10 minutes at room temperature. Its discreet marinade allows all seasonings. Its resealable bag allows deferred use. Serve sprinkled with shavings of parmesan and basil, accompanied by an arugula salad and drizzled with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
