This product is made from Veal Glace with an additional Red Wine Reduction. It combines the caramel like texture from the Veal, while highlighting the Grape flavours extracted from the Wine. This Veal and Red Wine Jus is a ready to plate consistency. It takes on the colour of the Grape, making it Crimson in finish. Ingredients: water, veal bone, carrot, onion, celery, thyme, bay leaves, white pepper, mushrooms, garlic, tomato paste, red wine reduction.
