This Veal Stock is made using 100% bones from the Netherlands, North of France, Germany and Belgium. It's flavors are delicate and full bodied at the same time. It offers a beautiful rich, caramel colour. Ingredients: water, veal bones, carrot, onion, celery, thyme, bay leaves, white pepper, mushrooms, garlic, tomato paste.
This product is made from a veal glaze with an additional reduction of red wine. This red wine and veal jus, or red wine and veal glaze, combines the caramel texture of the veal with the grape flavours extracted from the wine. This ready-to-serve juice takes on the purple colour of the grape. Ingredients: water, veal bone, carrot, onion, celery, thyme, bay leaves, white pepper, mushrooms, garlic, tomato paste, red wine reduction.
