A traditional cauliflower 47.5% gratin with cream and diced superior cooked ham 5.9%, gratinated with Emmental, garnished with poppy seeds and flavored with nutmeg. In a traditional oven, remove the protective film, place the tray on the oven rack, heat 12 to 15 minutes at 160°C. In the microwave, pour the contents of the tray into a suitable dish and heat for 3 to 4 minutes at 700W.
