Professional uses, preparation and storage: ► Hot side dishes and roasts: Ideal as a garnish for cuts of meat, roast poultry, fish or stews in traditional and catering establishments. ► Bistro-style concepts and catering events: Perfect for enhancing gourmet stir-fries, rustic platters or hot buffets. ► Preparation: Ready-to-cook product. Brown in a frying pan with a little fat for about 8 minutes over a medium heat, or reheat for 15 minutes in an oven preheated to 200 °C.
