This very good white Châteauneuf-du-Pape, 90% Clairette and 10% Grenache, aged for 12 months in new barrels, can be enjoyed from an aperitif to a main course. It goes well with salmon tartare, lobster mayonnaise, pike quenelles, lobster bisque but also with poultry and other capons during the end-of-year celebrations.
