Technical details and aromatic profile: ► Grape varieties: 70% Sémillon, 30% Sauvignon. ► Vinification & Ageing: Vinified entirely with natural yeasts and aged in stainless steel vats to preserve aromatic purity. Note the technical innovation: 20% of the harvest underwent a 5-day fermentation in contact with the skins, adding extra structure. ► Profile: A crisp white wine, characterised by lovely freshness and a confident structure. The balance between the richness of the Sémillon and the liveliness of the Sauvignon offers immediate harmony and great pleasure. ► Approach: Biodynamic, with total respect for soil life and natural cycles. Awarded a star in the Guide de La Revue du Vin de France, the estate is committed to organic and biodynamic farming, prioritising freshness and drinkability. The Entre amis range, available in red and white, is designed for immediate enjoyment, offering delicious, crisp wines. The Graves red, a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot vinified with indigenous yeasts at low temperatures, charms with its balance, whilst the Graves white, a blend of Sémillon and Sauvignon, combines structure and liveliness thanks to a vinification process involving a short skin contact.
