Château Haut-Bages Monpelou, in a way "little brother" of Château Batailley, is one of the three original vineyards of Château Duhart-Milon. It produces an elegant and full-bodied wine, thanks to a particularly studied grape variety, made from Cabernet Sauvignon 72%, Merlot 22%, Cabernet Franc 6%, aged 18 months in oak barrels). Its robe is deep red, its nose fruity with aromas of blackberries, blackcurrants, smoked cedar and minerals. On the palate, it is moderately fleshy with a nice fruitiness, chocolate notes, and a long finish of ripe fruit. Location in store: Cave à vins - Allée 19
