Florence Guyot is from Lyon (France), born in a family of wine specialists since 1857, nicknamed little girl "Arquebuse" of the Hermitage, name of the chartreuse produced by her grandfather. Her grandparents held the famous "Cave de Malleval", in the 2nd arrondissement of Lyon. She quickly turned to champagne, launching in Italy the production of a Champagne house as if it were his own, and supporting it for 10 years. Rich of this experience, Florence put all her heart and know-how into the development of her own range, named "Marguerite Guyot", in honor of her grandmother. Elegant and refined, its production is perfectly mastered thanks to a partnership with a unique winemaker from Damery, a companion for 20 years. In a crescendo of flavors and emotions, her creations are declined in 5 wines, lovingly represented by 5 labels in the shape of petals, inspired by the Art Nouveau creations of Alphonse Mucha and Miró. They are discovered in a "carnal" trilogy of three mono grape champagnes, a blended rosé and great vintage Grand Crus. To ensure a low acidity and a perfect fineness of bubble, each of them matured in cellar at least 3 years, and another 12 months after disgorgement, for an ideal harmonization and stabilization of liquor and wine. They are all very slightly dosed (7g against an average of 12g). Its champagnes are very appreciated by gastonomy actors of Lyon ...
