Pura Vida Puro is a pure cane juice rum from Costa Rica, distilled in a pot still, offering a dry and intense profile at 48% alcohol. Aged in small batches in ex-Oloroso casks, it is limited to 1,800 decanters for 2024, with an eco-friendly case made from recycled bagasse. Its rich aromas of exotic woods, dried fruit, liquorice and dark chocolate combine with a lively and racy palate, balanced by notes of walnut husk. This rum, created by the founders of El Pasador de Oro, is an invitation to discover the soul of Costa Rica, with double distillation, double maturation, first in Costa Rica and then in France's Charentes region, an ecological commitment and exceptional quality. Selected by Le Delas, this collection offers a unique diversity of flavours by combining the three traditional production methods: pure cane juice, cane honey and molasses.
