Founder of Romanov Vodka House and descendant of the Great Russian Emperor Alexander II, Jean Bernadotte expresses his love of Russia and pays homage to his ancestors through this prestigious vodka of very high purity. Romanov vodka is made by using exclusively wheat and rye for its base and taking a narrow cut of the distillate (rejecting up to 4 times more alcohol as heads and tails than some competing vodkas). It is free of artificial flavors and additives. This premium vodka is made from certified Alpha Grade (methanol-free) spirits, distilled in Talvis, in the ultra-modern facilities of the historic Permalko distillery. Its methanol content is only 0.000021%, 14 times lower than the Alpha standard. Its nose reveals light notes of vanilla, white pepper and lemon, in the mouth its aromas are soft with notes of vanilla and cream, with a sustained finish with notes of almonds and clotted cream.
