Gin Belle Rive 40° 70cl SÉLECTION SPIRIT BROTHERS

This French gin evoking the French Riviera and the Roaring Twenties is produced in Provence. Inspired by the Art Deco spirit and Mediterranean blue, Belle Rive gin pays homage to Provence with a sunny floral bouquet and aromas of its terroir, lavender, orange blossom, May rose and violet leaves. It is developed by the internationally renowned mixologist Luis Simoes, the result of the assembly of a super fine quality wheat alcohol grown in Champagne-Ardennes, certified non-GMO and sustainable, and about fifteen distillates and natural aromas. produced in Grasse, for a deliciously subtle aromatic palette. It is bottled in Cognac. Its nose evokes vanilla, citrus zest and rose de mai, its mouth is on citrus coriander and juniper and its finish on lavender, flowers and orange leaves.
Mezcal Mahani 40° 70cl

Mezcal Mahani 40° 70cl SÉLECTION SPIRIT BROTHERS

This mezcal comes from the mountains of San Juan Del Rio, in the heart of Mexico, at 1500 meters above sea level, where the terrain and climate are perfect for growing and fermenting agave. Mahani means "animal" in the language of the Zapotec Indians, and symbolizes the totem buried in our subconscious: our deep self. According to legend, mezcal was born when the gods struck down the goddess of fertility and changed her into agave from which flowed this sacred liquor. It is fermented and distilled as in the past from 7-year-old Espadin agave, in small traditional farms called "palanques", without the addition or use of chemicals. The heart of the agave is stewed there on a stake in a deep hole in the ground covered with volcanic stones. A week's slow cooking turns the starch into sugar. The ground agave is then fermented in large wooden vats, then filtered and distilled. Mahani reveals smoky reflections and a hint of honey on the nose, fresh agave, nuts, fruits and green vegetables on the palate and a spicy score on the finish.
