Professional uses, preparation and storage: ► Gastronomic pairings: This sweet cider is ideal with desserts, particularly apple tarts and Normandy pastries, but it also pairs well with washed-rind cheeses or sweet-and-savoury dishes. ► Cocktail making and cooking: Its low alcohol content and fruity profile make it suitable as a base for regional aperitifs or for making sauces and deglazing in hot cooking. ► Serving: To best appreciate the bouquet, the product should be served chilled but not ice-cold, at an ideal serving temperature of between 8°C and 10°C. ► Opening: As this is a pressurised bottle fitted with a cork and a wire cage, it must be opened with care. ► Storage: Before opening, bottles should be stored upright in a cool, dry place away from light.
