Produced in Auvergne by a team proud of its roots, this delicious tonic comes from wild pickings and organic plants from the Auvergne region, with of course gentian. The Classic Tonic revisited in Auvergne will surprise you with its floral and aromatic notes brought by heather and rosemary, we find in the back of the mouth the earthy bitterness of Auvergne gentian! Boil for 2 minutes in 0.4 liters of water to obtain 0.7 liters of syrup and make 22 sodas of 25cl.

We offer natural preparations for gourmet, healthy and eco-responsible drinks. 100% organic drinks composed of natural ingredients from French sources as much as possible and always responsible (Auvergne herbs, Vanilla from Madagascar, Hibiscus from Egypt, ORGANIC beet sugar from Ile de France). They are ground in Auvergne, and packaged in ready-to-use kraft kits. The Sodrinks concept increases your margins tenfold, reduces the space used in the fridges by 7, and eliminates tedious handling of bottles and deposits. To prepare your drinks, simply pour the contents of the sachet into the volume of water indicated and bring to the boil for 2 minutes to obtain the syrup. Leave to cool and filter. Add 1 volume of syrup to 7 volumes of sparkling water and the drink is ready! Stored in carafes or film-wrapped gastro containers, your syrups will keep for 6 to 8 weeks, optimizing the space in your fridges and facilitating your set-up. These dry sodas are also an excellent base for mixology. The concept is radically eco-responsible: elimination of plastic packaging, returnable bottles, elimination of water transport... The indicative portions are given for 25cl of soda, i.e. a 33cl glass with ice and with a dilution of 1 for 7, knowing that you can go as far as a 1:10 dilution to obtain a less concentrated drink.See all products in this range
